What is On-Page Optimization - This is a quick rundown to get you familiar with on-page optimization, why you should do it and what kind of results you can expect.
Read this paragraph before you proceed to the next step.
For the purpose of learning the process, I want you to do all these steps on your Homepage first.
Don't try to optimize all your pages at the same time. You might get mixed up and will most likely
overwhelm yourself. Before you start, you should open your Keyword Research and pick the most
general keyword group(most likely: "your city" real estate, "your city / state" real estate).
These terms are to general to know what the searcher is looking for so you will want to send them to
your homepage where they can choose to go to the Buyer or Seller area of your site.
Title Tags - Title tags are extremely important not only for your rankings but also for getting the searcher to click through to your site.
Meta Tags - Similar to title tags, meta tags are another important part of on-page optimization and the meta description tag in particular can help your search engine click through rate.
